ACME People Search Free with 100% Display Rate

With his team’s collective efforts, Tissa Godavitarne’s ACME People Search improves step by step, progressing from one stage to the next. My previous, short post on the subject implied some frustration on my part, however this update is more thorough. As the title suggests: ACME People Search Free with 100% Display Rate.

Many affiliates felt the old Display Rate and Success Rate concept complicated things and were intimidated by it. Because of this, Tissa has waived the old system to let all of the affiliates enjoy a 100% display rate from their People Search engine affiliate links, which includes AdSense, ClickBank, MyLife and HD. Furthermore, it is mandatory to Read the rest of this entry

ACME People Search: All 3 Steps Now Mandatory

I had not checked my ACME People Search back office in a while, and honestly I was surprised by what I found when I just logged in, although it was almost to be expected. But I have to say, this could be the last straw as far as I am concerned, and I contemplate quitting ACME People Search and GDI. I will receive my next payout from GDI in a week or so, and will make my decision by then.

So, what’s the bad news, you might wonder? In order to still be eligible for referral commission payout, and now, to receive any sign-ups Read the rest of this entry

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays

Time passes by so fast, before you know it you find yourself at the end of a year, looking into the next. 2009 has been a remarkable year with its political and environmental changes, not to mention the constant swings in Internet Marketing trends. Colin Alsheimer wrote an interesting post discussing the 2010 trends, and you can find it here.

As for me, I have been through many ups and downs this year, as I’m sure you did too. I realized after a while, that the magic word is “momentum”. Think of a steam engine: without continuously feeding its boiler with the heat from a furnace, it will eventually lose power and die out. Like I told my best friend and life companion: Read the rest of this entry

ACME People Search: New Rules (again)

Tissa Godavitarne’s affiliate program ACME People Search is constantly targeted by blackhatters and otherwise dishonest people using virtual credit cards, virtual PayPal accounts and other evil means to get to the sign-up bonus, which is added in new A.P.S. affiliates back office upon completing all of the three steps in their account. In August 2009 Tissa and his team made it compulsory to register a GDI-based e-mail account in Step 2, due to numerous fake accounts and credit cards created in an attempt to exploit the People Search program.

Effective from November 19 2009, in order to get paid referral commissions, all A.P.S. affiliates must subscribe to Step 3 for at least 45 days before they are eligible for a payout. This in addition to the first steps, meaning a total monthly cost running at minimum $39.95. More if you choose to subscribe to GVO and/or Wealthy Affiliate as well. Read the rest of this entry

A B-day Update with some Thoughts

There Will be Cake!I’m sitting here at 6 AM in the morning on my B-day (turning 38 today, wo-hoo..), listening to some beautiful Boards of Canada -- inspired electronica, by the artist Chaosmachine, and I feel like posting an update plus a friendly reminder to all the blog commenters out there.

I’m no longer approving blog comments not contributing any value. I still support back-link builders honest efforts, which is why this blog will stay dofollow for as long as possible! I just can’t accept spammy blog comments. Due to a recent burst of spam, I ban and report the worst cases, to their ISP. Just make a sincere comment and add something of use for other readers. It’s not difficult at all, and the readers as well as myself will appreciate it :)

How to not become a Super Sponsor

The last couple of days, I have witnessed some mildly disturbing behaviour in the ACME People Search forum. The thing is, everybody wants to become a Super Sponsor, these days. Why? By contributing with at least 30 supportive and community-building posts in the forum over 30 days, Tissa can give you a Super Sponsor status, which basically means you have all expenses as a fully fledged ACME People Search affiliate with everything turned on, paid for.

Tissa will put $87.90 in your PayPal or AlertPay (new) account every month, in order to pay for your recurring expenses as long as you are a Super Sponsor in the support forum. This clears the last remaining road blocks out of the way and helps you focus 100% on creating an income with ACME People Search and all of its income streams.

One of the problems following such incredible opportunities, is new members thinking that, as long as they spam the forum with short and “helpful” messages, they too will become a Super Sponsor. Fortunately for the community, it doesn’t work like that. You have to prove yourself worthy of it, by helping other members in the forum.

How to help forum members, when you are a newbie yourself?

The answer is:  read and learn, apply what you’ve learned then teach. Or you can skip the practice part, and just read and learn, then teach others. Although, understanding how things work by first hand experience will improve your support skills. As for the forum: browse and read some of the questions and answers. I am sure you can jump right in and start helping almost immediately, and eventually you’ll become a Super Sponsor.

OMG your blog is SLOW! WTF is wrong with it?!

Sorry about the blunt language, I still have MMORPG games fresh in mind, even though I stopped playing a while back. When my blog was deleted by the previous web host (their name shall remain unspoken), I had to upload it somewhere else, and so I went back to another company, one that unfortunately is known to be notoriously slow when using their free accounts. I will upgrade, but most likely not with this host; it is simply not good enough.

So, what will I do about that? I will install WP Super Cache one of the next days. It is a powerful tweak which will hopefully improve the overall performance quite a bit, such as faster loading time for pages. I do know which web host company I will be using when I upgrade to a paid hosting service. They have excellent reputation and fast servers. When I get to that point, I will also introduce my new Web Directory.

As for my article marketing endeavors, I will decide on one of two ghost writer teams in total, on my list, today. Then I will submit my first order to them. And to think, I wrote articles on how to stop procrastinating. Oh, the irony.

Have a nice day!
